Dick had a successful career with Nestle Foods for 17 years as a Regional Manager as well as 18 years within the commercial food service equipment industry. During his foodservice tenure he managed the Scotsman and Amana distributorship in Upstate New York, with responsibility for sales and warehouse distribution. His career continued with the opportunity to open a new branch office for Nordon Inc, based in Philadelphia, to distribute Hoshizaki, Beverage Air, Amana and Imperial.
Then Dick founded Dick Parks and Associates representing quality manufacturers in the Upstate New York region .In that time Dick Parks and Associates established themselves as one of the premier foodservice representative agencies in the area.
David Anastasi - Partner - Buffalo, NY & Western PA
David began his career with a degree in Foodservice Management launching him into the operations side of the business with Red Lobster. While at Red Lobster he was a corporate trainer and later became a manager overseeing all restaurant operations. After Red Lobster, he began a successful career at a foodservice dealer moving from inside sales to outside sales and then as an assistant project manager selling and managing special projects. He then entered the manufacturing side of the business for 11 years with a successful career at Libbey Inc. as a District Manager in the Upstate New York and Atlanta regions, then as Director of Chain Accounts calling on the East Coast chains and casinos and finally managing two of Libbey’s national distributors. He then became a Director of Business Development for San Jamar, with development responsibilities for national distributors, and later as Director of Sales, managing the North region for their Foodservice and JanSan business which included the Mid-Atlantic, Philadelphia, New York, New England and all of Canada.
Kevin Woodruff - Partner - Rochester, NY
Kevin brings a vast amount of industry knowledge with a large part of his career dedicated to managing and overseeing multiple health-care facilities in Rochester NY. He then made a career change after 20+ years to be a corporate account manager for US Foods with focus on the health-care and corporate accounts. After eight years of quota busting at US Foods Kevin took a great opportunity to be a territory manager for Cambro Manufacturing in Upstate NY. While at Cambro Kevin had multiple back to back quota buster years and was awarded the President’s Award in 2016 for the greatest territory growth.
Holly Storm - Territory Manager - Albany, NY
Holly’s career began in the kitchen, graduating with a Culinary Arts degree from Schenectady County Community College, and then continuing on at The Rosen College of Hospitality Management in Orlando, FL to receive her BA in Restaurant Management. While there, she had the opportunity to work for Walt Disney World in one of their signature restaurants at EPCOT. Upon graduation, Holly landed her first restaurant management position with Seasons 52 in King of Prussia, PA; successfully overseeing all restaurant operations. After Seasons, she transitioned into a Purchasing Manager role at SUNY SCCC for their Hotel, Culinary Arts & Tourism Department; and most recently a Purchasing Manager for Barteca Restaurants. Throughout her career thus far, she has thoroughly enjoyed working large events to include The Kentucky Derby with Levy Restaurants. Holly is enthused and confident to exceed the expectations of our Lake Effect partners and team, bringing passion to every project.
Josh Graham - Marketing and Sales - Buffalo, NY
Josh is a recent graduate of Niagara University, where he received his degree in Marketing. He has had foodservice and hospitality jobs throughout college, which allowed him to learn a variety of front of the house experiences especially in environments that allowed him to exceed guest’s expectations. Starting as a dishwasher in a local restaurant to taking the opportunity to grow in new areas of a restaurant including bartending and serving. Josh has had experience in the hospitality channel with a full-service chain hotel and recently finished as a butler at a boutique luxury hotel in Buffalo New York. While working at the boutique hotel this past summer and fall, Josh did some work with Lake Effect to help create our new showroom, created our new Lake Effect APP, trained in Autoquotes as well as visited/trained with several of our factories. Josh’s new role will help support our dealer partners, target key end users and help support our marketing.
